We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role Data Analytics Senior Analyst.

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a unique individual who has a demonstrated passion for data & analytics, has foundational skills, and is looking to level up their capabilities to help the team solve complex problems. The ideal candidate can analyze large data sets, integrate, transform, and refine data into meaningful insights through clean code and excellent documentation to help build sustainable, automated processes with smart controls.

Main Activities:

• Develop a strong commercial instinct – understanding what's important for the business and how data can support those objectives.
• Work independently with stakeholders to understand problems and propose, build, test, and document data-driven solutions.
• Conduct business and statistical analysis on bank-owned data and develop effective solutions based on business needs.
• Collaborate with related teams to ensure alignment with broader strategies and communicate findings to senior leadership.
• Ensure data completeness and integrity by integrating data sources and working with team members to source/remediate datasets.
• Operationalize new processes for ongoing and efficient maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics.
• Proven experience with programming languages or database management systems (SQL, Python, R, etc.).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain and document projects.
• Experience with Alteryx and Google Cloud Platform is preferred.

Competencies:

• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in programming different languages.
