Job summary
Danone seeks an experienced Data & Analytics Product Owner to lead vision, strategy, and delivery of data products across the Americas, focusing on Supporting Functions. You will guide a product squad of Analysts and cross-functional specialists in an Agile Scrum environment, with roles spanning Finance, Legal, HR, and DBS.
The role requires coordinating with global and regional teams, owning the roadmap, and driving adoption of data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years delivering Data & Analytics products.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar data leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum.
- Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira.
- Ability to define requirements and write effective user stories.
- CPG/FMCG experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic objectives.
- Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective product delivery.
- Drive measurable business outcomes through delivery squad performance.
- Identify and assess opportunities for analytics and data products.
- Translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
- Enable enterprise-wide data assets and reporting solutions.
