Formación

  • Mínimo 2 años en roles de análisis de datos.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en SQL, Python y herramientas de visualización.

Responsabilidades

  • Extraer, limpiar y modelar datos de múltiples fuentes.
  • Desarrollar pronósticos y modelos estadísticos para KPIs logísticos.
  • Presentar hallazgos y recomendaciones a directores locales.

Job Objective

Procter & Gamble’s Analyst Roles directly influence business strategy, pricing, promotions, retail design, media investments, supply chain designs, and much more. We use our boundless curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it, and how we can influence them through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis, and advanced modeling.

You’ll need to mine and integrate multiple sources of data, derive significant insights, and translate sophisticated machine learning or econometric models into simple conclusions that will empower the business to take action to win against consumers. You’ll be a primary driver of delivering insights that will educate and influence key business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and model data from multiple sources (SQL, SAP, transportation/warehouse systems).
  • Develop forecasts and statistical models for logistical KPIs (OTIF, inventory, routes, costs).
  • Design, automate, and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
  • Present findings and recommendations to local directors and regional audiences, articulating data stories.
  • Lead analytical projects, managing timelines, scope, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Understand business challenges in Product Supply and translate them into clear analytical solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in data governance (documentation, quality, security).

Job Qualifications

Hard Skills

  • SQL, Python and/or R.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, regression, time series, and hypothesis testing.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years in data analytics roles.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Intermediate-high English (B2 or higher).

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical thinking and results orientation.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and narrate data stories that influence decisions.
  • Effective communication and empathy to collaborate with cross-functional teams and diverse hierarchies.
  • Autonomy and organization to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Consultative mindset and constant curiosity for new methodologies and technologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, transportation, or supply chain planning.
  • Process automation (Python, RPA, Alteryx, KNIME).
  • Management of “in production” dashboards with continuous improvements and attention to end users.
  • Certification or experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or Project Management.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics network optimization or operations research.
  • Desirable experience with cloud environments (Databricks, Azure, AWS).
