Position: Data Analyst for Finance/Legal area
Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Shared Services Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills, coupled with an ability to manage processes and systems. This role will play a critical part in supporting legal operations related to billing resolution, invoice processing, accounts payable coordination, financial analysis, and system management. The Legal Operations Associate will act as a key resource for the legal, compliance, and contracts teams, enabling efficiency, innovation, and collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing

Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure legal operations performance.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Billing and Financial Coordination:

  1. Address and resolve billing discrepancies and invoice processing issues.
  2. Collaborate with accounts payable teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing of invoices.
  3. Support financial analysis and KPI tracking for outsourced legal services to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Legal Operations Support:

  1. Provide support to legal, compliance, and contract functions to ensure operational requirements are met.
  2. Manage tools and processes related to matter management, and other legal workflows.

Systems and Applications Management:

  1. Assess legal operations needs and recommend appropriate tools and technology solutions.
  2. Manage contracts and relationships with third-party providers (e.g., contract repositories, eSignature tools).

Training and Content Development:

  1. Design training materials and deliver sessions to support legal operations subject matter experts.
  2. Prepare presentations and develop content to support legal, compliance, and contract-related projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and cross-functional partners.
  2. Serve as a liaison between legal operations and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

What You'll Need

  1. 3-5 years of related experience.
  2. Proficiency in Excel.
  3. Power BI.
  4. Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  5. Highly organized and attention to detail.

Even better if you have:

  1. ERP: Oracle, DOE.
  2. Degree in Finance/Accounting or Legal area.
  3. Experience in Accounts Payable.
