A leading mobility and logistics company in Mexico City seeks an experienced Analytics professional to deliver analytical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in analytics, strong skills in SQL and visualization tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. This role will support the Community Operations organization by providing insights and reports.
About the role
The Community Operations organization at Uber is responsible for delivering world-class customer support to riders, drivers, eaters, and couriers. Members of the Data & Analytics team in Uber's Community Operations organization deliver analytical solutions, such as reports or dashboards, and actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, enable scalable customer support, and help our operational teams drive a world-class customer experience.
