Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and problem-solving roles within Bosch manufacturing environments.

Shainin certification required, Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred.

Extensive understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical methods.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
In-depth knowledge of Shainin problem-solving methodology.
Familiarity with Bosch manufacturing processes and systems.

Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Expertise in Shainin problem-solving techniques.
Familiarity with Bosch manufacturing systems and processes.
