nVent, a global electrical solutions provider, seeks a Data Administrator in Monterrey. You will manage customer and item master data within JD Edwards and Oracle ERP, ensuring accuracy and data integrity across platforms.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in data administration, strong Excel skills, and advanced English. You will work with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Technology or similar.
• 2+ years of experience in data administration or information management with data quality standards.
• Advanced English.
• Experience with JD Edwards and Oracle ERP systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build, implement, maintain and support data excellence and process improvement programs to enable better decisions.
• Create and maintain customer and item master data in JD Edwards and Oracle ERP.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity by enforcing data quality standards.
• Coordinate multi-functional data setup activities meeting business process requirements.
• Host regular meetings to review progress and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of data management processes and procedures.

What You Will Experience In This Position

• Join a focused team and participate in building, implementation, maintenance, and support of our data excellence and process improvement program to make better, more informed decisions
• Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of customer and item master data within J.D. Edwards and Oracle ERP systems.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer and item master data by enforcing and implementing data quality standards
• Facilitate multi-functional customer and item data set-up activities ensuring data creation and management meets all applicable business process achievements
• Host regular meetings to review setup progress, address any issues, and ensure alignment with project goals
• Work closely with various groups, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance and supply chain, to ensure data accuracy and resolve any data-related issues
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer and item master data management processes and procedures

You Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technology or similar.
• 2+ years of experience working data administration or information management, and data quality standards and processes.
• Advanced English.
• Demonstrable experience in data management, preferably within J.D. Edwards and Oracle ERP systems.
• Good attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Products required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
