nVent is seeking a Data Administrator to join a focused team and contribute to data excellence and process improvement across ERP systems. You will create and maintain customer and item master data in JD Edwards and Oracle ERP, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data quality standards.

The role requires collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain, and a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technology or similar.
  • 2+ years of experience working data administration or information management, and data quality standards and processes.
  • Advanced English.
  • Demonstrable experience in data management, preferably within JD Edwards and Oracle ERP systems.
  • Good attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Products required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Facilitate multi-functional customer and item data set-up activities ensuring data creation and management meets all applicable business process achievements.
  • Host regular meetings to review setup progress, address any issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Work closely with various groups, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance and supply chain, to ensure data accuracy and resolve any data-related issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer and item master data management processes and procedures.
