The Donkey Sanctuary is seeking a data analyst to support evidence-based influencing strategies across Mexico and Latin America. You will collect, process, and analyze data to identify trends and insights, producing dashboards and reports to inform decisions in the region.
Responsibilities include data collection design, analysis using statistical tools, and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.

These are exciting times for the charity, and we now have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and professional individual with outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills to join our dedicated International Programmes and Partnerships Department. As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for supporting evidence-based influencing strategies across Mexico and Latin American (LAC) countries by collecting, processing, and analysing data to identify trends and insights. The position will produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations that inform strategic decision-making and contribute to improving The Donkey Sanctuary's impact in the region.
Your principal duties and responsibilities will include –
This is a full-time, 2-year, fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible, working 40 hours per week. The working pattern will combine onsite, currently in Mexico City, and home (hybrid) working under our guiding principles for such roles. The working pattern will be agreed between the line manager and post-holder.
