Formación

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
• TPM certification or experience is preferred.
• Solid technology knowledge and project management skills.

Type of Contract: Permanent

Main Activities

• Create transparency about the implementation status and local ideas of the brewery.
• Work with the central/regional team and be responsible for sharing knowledge and WoW (way of working).
• Co-create the playbook and drive daily WoW implementation.
• Be co-owner of the roadmap with the brewery/regional team.
• Develop internal analytical capacity within the region.
• Provide frontline support for brewery questions and issues during implementation.
• Manage use cases produced and oversee improvements/requirements during implementation.
• Execute use case implementation activities for breweries in the D&A roadmap.
• Transfer knowledge about use cases to regional breweries.
• Connect breweries to support processes upon completion of implementation activities.
• Collaborate with other D&A teams (Dashboards and Analytics) on deployment topics.
• Manage effective communication with global, regional, and local stakeholders: D&T, Digital, Brewery LT, and Global team Product Owners.
• Participate in ceremonies related to use case launches.
• Improve WoW implementation with the support of the implementation leader.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• TPM certification or experience.
• Fluent advanced English is essential.
• Experience in Digital Transformation 4.0.
• Project management skills: Agile and/or SCRUM methodologies.
• Solid technology knowledge.
• Knowledge in data integration processes, user acceptance testing, and release management.
• Software development and change management experience.
