Indegene Inc. is seeking an Associate Scientific Writer to capture website screenshots, manage annotation workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance across assets using Veeva PromoMats.

You will support streamlined approvals and maintain accurate asset lifecycles with precise annotations and tagging. The role requires 2–3 years in pharma or scientific writing, strong communication skills, and experience with content development, review, and regulatory standards.

Formación

• 2–3 years in pharmaceutical companies or scientific writing agencies.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats (preferred).
• Experience in content development & reviewing for scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Capture screenshots for websites and manage RV/CV files in Veeva PromoMats.
• Annotate and organize files to support asset updates with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Review assets for regulatory compliance and ensure timely approvals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and document decisions and progress.
