TheLogistics Supervisorwill ensure the availability, integrity, and traceability of the raw materials necessary for the efficient operation of the plant through precise, safe management aligned with quality, safety, and productivity standards.

What will you do?

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Cyclical counts plan and its execution
• Lead root causes investigation and obtain actions from different teams inside the factory to find the solutions and mitigate future incidents
• Development of personnel
• Meet corporate policies

What will you need to succeed?

• Bachelor’s degree inIndustrial Engineering or related
• Minimum 3 years of experiencein Warehouse/Supply Chain roles in a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing inventories in factories
• At least 1 year of experience in people management
• Intermediate English
• Warehouse management systems such as SAP
