Genpact Ltd. is seeking an experienced Architect - Cybersecurity Team Leader to supervise the cybersecurity function, oversee reporting, and present quarterly results to the CIO and CEO.

The role requires technical breadth across security tools and strong executive communication skills in English and Spanish. The candidate will participate in on-call rotations, support incident response, and lead governance, risk and compliance initiatives while translating security findings into business risk

Formación

• 2–3 years of security team leadership experience
• Experience producing cybersecurity reporting to C-levels
• Hands-on with CrowdStrike, NinjaOne, Abnormal, PSAT
• IAM grounding with Entra ID and Active Directory
• Experience in governance, risk and compliance including audits
• Ability to translate security risk into business terms for executives
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills
• Experience defining and reporting security KPIs and metrics
• Experience in manufacturing/food production OT security preferred
• Experience in managed services or outsourced delivery models

Responsabilidades
