Cyberhaven seeks a skilled Professional Services Engineer to implement and optimize our data-security product for client environments. You will diagnose complex issues, configure deployments, and deliver training to maximize ROI.

You will work with clients, engineering, and support teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing value, while staying current with security trends and product enhancements.

Formación

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineer or Professional Services with endpoint security experience.
• Experience delivering complex technical solutions in a Professional Services or consulting role for endpoint security products.
• Understanding of data classification and techniques to identify sensitive data types and define DLP policies.
• Project management: ability to meet strict timelines and mitigate risks.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of SaaS-based security and endpoint agent technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Take charge of implementation and configuration for Cyberhaven’s solution in clients’ environments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and create dataset and policy solutions.
• Use log analysis and debugging to diagnose issues and coordinate resolutions with Support, Engineering, and Operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Deliver technical training to end users to maximize product value and ROI.
• Act as trusted advisor, sharing best practices and insights with clients.
• Provide regular progress updates and post-implementation reviews; handle client escalations.
