Echelon Risk + Cyber is seeking a Technical Project Manager – Onboarding + Implementation to own the client onboarding lifecycle for cybersecurity advisory and managed services. This is a remote position from anywhere in Mexico.

You will translate contracts into onboarding plans, coordinate internal resources, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing service delivery. English Advanced and work authorization in Mexico are required, with PMP/CAPM preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately 4–6+ years of project management, implementation, onboarding, or client delivery experience.
• Relevant experience in cybersecurity consulting, GRC, or managed services.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical resources and stakeholders.
• ClickUp experience is beneficial; PMP/CAPM/ PMI-ACP preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the onboarding and implementation lifecycle from contract handoff to service delivery.
• Translate contracts and SOW into a detailed onboarding plan with milestones.
• Establish onboarding success criteria and transition-readiness requirements.
• Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and scope concerns affecting onboarding.
• Serve as primary client contact during onboarding and provide status updates.
• Schedule onboarding meetings and document client go-forward expectations.
• Coordinate internal resources across vCISO, managed services, engineering, and procurement.
• Ensure licensing, software, and tooling are provisioned for service readiness.
• Maintain centralized client documentation and engagement artifacts.
• Define governance, reporting, dashboards, and escalation processes.
• Capture lessons learned and improve onboarding methodologies.
