Job summary

Echelon Risk + Cyber is seeking a Technical Project Manager for onboarding and implementation in Mexico. You will own the onboarding lifecycle, coordinate across vCISO, managed services, and engineering, and ensure smooth transition to ongoing service delivery.

Strong cybersecurity experience and client-facing leadership are essential. The role emphasizes proactive risk management, clear communication, and thorough documentation to maximize client value and satisfaction throughout onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6+ years in project management, onboarding, or client delivery.
• Experience in cybersecurity consulting, GRC, or managed services.
• Security+ or equivalent certifications; PMP/CAPM/ PMI-ACP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation lifecycle from contract handoff to service delivery.
• Translate contract/SOW into a detailed onboarding plan with milestones.
• Identify and mitigate onboarding risks and blockers.
• Coordinate internal resources across vCISO, managed services, engineering, and procurement.
• Establish governance, reporting, and client-facing communications.
