YOUR ROLE

Responsible for ER&D Cybersecurity within the Americas perimeter, you will deploy and manage Information Security policies in line with the Information Security Management System. This role aims to support the business in all aspects of cybersecurity in an end-to-end mode. You will face clients to ensure ER&D security posture and coordinate internal stakeholders to apply security controls across the perimeter. You will report to the ER&D Chief Information Security Officer Americas & APAC.

YOUR PROFILE
  1. 5 to 10 years of experience in Information Security, Risk Management, and IT.
  2. More than 5 years of professional experience in implementing business-critical projects.
  3. Experience in business organization and quality management domains.
  4. Advanced knowledge of Information Security technologies, best practices, and international standards.
  5. Advanced knowledge of Risk Management and international standards.
  6. Knowledge of legal & regulatory requirements related to Information Security and Privacy (ISO27001, NIST, TISAX).
  7. Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  8. Ability to adapt to new and unpredictable situations.
  9. Strong integrity and confidentiality personal values.
  10. Analytical skills, teamwork, and collaboration with indirect reports.
  11. Ability to obtain ISO27001 or TISAX certification for the Americas as needed.
  12. Experience in preparing and managing external audits for these certifications.
  13. Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and without supervision.
  14. Ability to clearly articulate technical messages to a variety of audiences.
  15. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  16. Ability to influence others and move toward a common goal.
  17. Strong skills in target-driven communication and networking to achieve project goals.
  18. Flexibility and adaptability; able to work in ambiguous situations.

  23. Experience working at a global level, focusing on Canada or the USA within the ER&D perimeter of the Americas.
