  • Design and implement automated workflows for deploying, managing, and monitoring security infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and GitOps methodologies.
  • Leverage tools like Crossplane and Terraform to provision and manage cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Build automation pipelines using Python, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD frameworks to reduce manual effort and increase agility.
  • Engineer scalable security architectures on AWS, integrating security tools into development lifecycles via GitHub and CI/CD platforms.

What We’re Seeking

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity engineering or DevSecOps, with a focus on security automation and scripting.
  • Proficiency in Python or similar languages (TypeScript, Shell, Java), with experience building automation tools, APIs, and CLI utilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Jenkins, Crossplane, ArgoCD, or Terraform.
  • Strong knowledge of GitHub, including GitHub Actions, GitOps workflows, and repository management.
  • Experience automating security deployment and configuration across cloud environments (AWS preferred).
  • Solid understanding of networking and application security principles including WAF, TLS, DDoS protection, and security proxies.
  • Experience integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub and ArgoCD.
  • Automation-first mindset with experience in scripting, configuration management, and self-service tooling.
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies such as IPS/IDS, Web Proxies, NSX-T, Palo Alto Firewalls, Zero Trust Network Access, Email Security Gateways, WAFs, and Data Encryption solutions.

  • Exposure to Zero Trust architectures and boundary security models. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Info Security, or related field, or relevant work experience.
  • Desired experience in Network and Cloud Security domains.
  • CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are preferred or willingness to pursue them.
  • On-Call duties approximately every month and a half.
