Job Description:

Our top-class cyber support team is looking for dedicated, talented, and energetic people who are enthusiastic to join our award-winning company.

The support engineer will oversee successfully deploying and supporting Honeywell’s cyber solutions at our worldwide customer base, working closely with R&D to support software releases, ensure faultless implementations, and maximize customer satisfaction levels.

Location

• Mexico City – Hybrid

Responsibilities/Duties
  1. Investigate support cases, perform root cause analysis, and offer in-depth solutions.
  2. Deploy and manage customer production environments.
  3. Take ownership of technical issues while collaborating with R&D engineers, technical account managers, and product management.
  4. Install and upgrade system components in both development and production environments.
  5. Develop processes and automation tools for the support team.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
  • Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Dedicated hard worker, quick learner, and team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge in IT.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, VB, and Python.
  • Experience working with Linux and Unix.
  • Experience with web applications, Web Services, .Net applications, Apache, and Tomcat.
