Job summary

Footprint-LL is seeking a dedicated compliance specialist to oversee IMMEX programs and VAT/IEPS certification, ensuring all foreign trade operations meet regulatory obligations. You will monitor inventory records, analysis procedures, and internal controls to minimize audit risks with SAT and ANAM.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field and advanced English, with experience in IMMEX manufacturing highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and control foreign trade operations to ensure compliance with IMMEX, VAT/IEPS, and related certifications.
• Maintain accurate temporary inventory records and ensure internal processes align with regulatory requirements.
• Mitigate audit and inspection risks by SAT, ANAM, and other authorities through rigorous compliance practices.

Ensure compliance with the customs obligations related to the company's IMMEX Program and VAT/IEPS Certification by monitoring, analyzing, and controlling foreign trade operations, temporary inventory records, and internal processes. Ensure full compliance with applicable customs and foreign trade regulations while minimizing risks associated with audits and inspections by authorities such as the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT) and the National Customs Agency of Mexico (ANAM).
