We're hiring someone to help manage after-sales claims on our platform.
Handling claims will be your day-to-day responsibility—you'll review the validity of claims based on established rules, communicate with both buyers and sellers, and calculate and process compensation when needed.
You'll work closely with buyers, sellers, and our internal team to make sure the claims process runs smoothly.
This role is critical, as it directly impacts the buyer experience and seller trust in our platform.
