This is a full-time role with an hourly wage of $8.50 to $9 USD.

About the Role :

We're hiring someone to help manage after-sales claims on our platform.

Handling claims will be your day-to-day responsibility—you'll review the validity of claims based on established rules, communicate with both buyers and sellers, and calculate and process compensation when needed.

You'll work closely with buyers, sellers, and our internal team to make sure the claims process runs smoothly.

This role is critical, as it directly impacts the buyer experience and seller trust in our platform.

Responsibility :
  • Receive and process different types of claims (e.g., items damaged, lost packages), ensuring resolution within the required time frame.
  • Communicate with buyers and sellers to explain processes and drive issues toward resolution.
  • Track claim progress and ensure cases are not stalled until they are fully resolved.
Qualifications :
  • Must have experience in e-commerce after-sales or claims handling.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to stay calm and professional in dispute situations.
  • Detail-oriented and logical thinker, capable of evaluating complex cases.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, ticketing systems.
  • Interest or knowledge in house plants or reptiles is a bonus.
Your Location : Compensation :
  • The hourly compensation range for this role is $8.50 -$9 / hr USD
  • Shifts will vary, but will generally fall between 8AM-8PM ET
