About the role

Seeking a leadership opportunity where you can mould the future of manufacturing? As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst at Reckitt, you'll be in the driver's seat, nurturing a team of dedicated factory employees. Your role is pivotal – you'll elevate your team's skill set, ensure the smooth running of our supply operations, and leave a lasting impact on our manufacturing process.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order entry to delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams (planning, logistics, sales) to meet customer service level agreements
• Conduct regular audits to ensure order accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor service performance and key metrics
• Analyze historical and current trends to identify risks, opportunities, and patterns
• Track and monitor KPIs, ensuring accurate measurement and communication
• Propose new or adjusted indicators to improve performance evaluation
• Maintain and update dashboards and databases used for reporting and analysis
• Prepare executive presentations with key findings and data-driven recommendations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to customer service processes

The experience we're looking for

We're looking for someone with substantial experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain, continuous improvement, data analysis, and root cause analysis. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related is required, along with an advanced level of English and proficiency in Excel & Data visualization/analysis tools.
