Netafim in Jalisco, Mexico is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to support our GrowSphere digital farming customers. You will onboard new users, educate growers, and provide ongoing support to maximize value from automation and digital tools.
You will mainly conduct scheduled calls and virtual meetings, build strong grower relationships, and collaborate with sales and field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and early expansion opportunities.
At Netafim, we work side by side with millions of farmers and communities around the world to address one of agriculture’s most pressing challenges: how to produce more food with fewer resources in an increasingly unpredictable environment. For more than 60 years, Netafim has been a global leader in precision irrigation, powered by people working across teams and geographies to bring together agronomy, engineering, data, and innovation.
Together, we help improve decision‑making in the field and drive better outcomes across crops and climates — turning complexity into clarity and making agriculture more precise, efficient, and sustainable to enable farmers to grow more with less.
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and technically curious Customer Success Representative to support our Digital Farming (GrowSphere) customers. This role is focused on proactive customer engagement, onboarding, education, and ongoing support to help growers get the most value from their automation and digital farming tools.
This position serves as a primary point of contact for new and existing customers. Primarily through scheduled phone and virtual meetings, ensuring they understand how to use the GrowSphere platform and feel confident incorporating it into their daily operations. The ideal candidate enjoys teaching, problem‑solving, and working with innovative agricultural technology while building strong, professional relationships with growers.
The majority of time will be spent at a desk managing customer calls and follow‑ups, with opportunities to participate in field visits, troubleshooting, equipment testing, and sales or support meetings when call volume allows.
