About the Role

The role involves building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their success with our product/services.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve their goals with our product/services
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions
  • Identify customer needs, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Prepare reports and analyze customer data using Excel/Google Sheets
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
Requirements
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, agile environment
