NielsenIQ is seeking a Customer Success Insights Junior to support client-facing data analysis and quality improvements. You will ensure timely communication of changes, perform coverage analysis, and provide methodological explanations while monitoring potential data quality issues.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through inquiries, orders, training on methodologies, and promoting technology use. A strong emphasis on problem solving and effective communication with diverse stakeholders

Formación

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Actuary or related.
  • Desirable experience in market research, retailers or manufacturers of mass consumption; can be internship.
  • Necessary skills: analysis and numerical ease, effective communication, creativity, organization and prioritization, taste for customer relations.

As a Customer Success Insights Junior, you willbe responsible forproviding customer service. Your mainobjectivewill be to build trust with customers in terms of the quality of the information received. Thisthroughtimelycommunication of changes, coverage analysis, methodological explanations and identification and monitoring of potential quality problems.

Job Description

Qualifications

About you

A person with information analysis skills focused on problem solving and understanding the scope and limitations ofNielsenIQmethodologies. Knowing how to prioritize and size problems is key to success.

Requirements

  • Desirable experience in companies related to market research, Retailers or Manufacturers of mass consumption, can be in the form of professional practices or internship programs.
