Cargobase is seeking a Junior Customer Excellence Consultant to support the full post-sales journey, from onboarding to ongoing platform support. You will assist with configuration, data mapping, and go-live preparation while learning from senior colleagues.

You will handle basic support tickets, monitor usage, and contribute to knowledge base updates. A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset fits well with our SaaS, logistics-focused team.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in customer support, onboarding, or implementation (internship or entry-level acceptable).
• Eagerness to build expertise in customer experience, implementation, and SaaS platforms.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in SaaS, logistics, freight forwarder, supply chain, or B2B platforms is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Assist in onboarding new customers with configuration documents, platform walkthroughs, and user setup.
• Support data mapping, test execution, UAT coordination, and go-live prep.
• Shadow and gradually lead implementation projects with templates and checklists.
• Create solution documentation such as user guides and workflows.
