Una empresa global busca un(a) Customer Service Supervisor en Santa Clara Coatitla. El candidato ideal contará con experiencia en gestión de equipos y atención al cliente, así como estudios en ingeniería. Se espera alta competencia en inglés y habilidades en MS Office y SAP, junto con un enfoque hacia la mejora continua y el servicio al cliente.

Formación

  • Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en gestión y soporte al cliente.
  • Inglés hablado y escrito muy bueno.
  • Independencia y trabajo en equipo necesarios.

Role Summary:

As a Customer Service Supervisor you are responsible for the management of all operational aspects and for the profit and loss account for a site. You will also be responsible for expanding and exploiting the service potential as well as ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Management of a team
  • Ensuring and optimizing the operational KPIs
  • Support of existing customers and acquisition of new customers in coordination with the sales department
  • Conducting customer experience and concluding orders and following up customer projects
  • Monitoring and responsibility of the profit and loss account for a site
  • Optimization and continuous improvement of process flows in the service department
  • Initiation of projects to increase efficiency
  • Active participation in the development and implementation of innovative service processes
  • Interface management with internal engineering, external service providers, purchasing, quality and other service location
  • Evaluation and reporting of operational key figures in an international environment
  • Enforcement of safety and quality expectations
  • Supervision of international intercompany business
  • Other duties as assigned.


Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • Successfully completed university studies in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
  • Willingness to communicate with colleagues at production sites and service centers in an international environment
  • Basic plant and process knowledge of pump technology and vacuum technology
  • 2 - 4 years of professional and management experience, preferably in the field of service and customer support
  • Very good written and spoken English skills and willingness to travel internationally are a prerequisite
  • High quality awareness, commitment and high flexibility as well as resilience and customer orientation
  • Good PC and MS Office skills
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP
  • Independent, team-oriented work
  • Overall entrepreneurial mindset
  • BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 2-4 years relevant experience
