As the face of our brand, your role will include:

Whether traveling for business or leisure, you are the professional at the airport who creates meaningful connections and fosters an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You will interact with our international customers at lobbies and gates, assisting with ticketing, baggage, greeting travelers, and ensuring a positive experience with a friendly smile. You will provide professional, confident, and insightful service to resolve travel issues and make their journey memorable.

Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving and directing incoming calls, greeting and advising customers, handling baggage, and tagging
• Preparing tickets, determining fares, and routing to meet passenger travel needs
• Interacting kindly and effectively with customers to create memorable experiences and foster loyalty
• Anticipating customer needs and responsibly managing inconveniences
• Maintaining a safety-first mindset by adhering to high standards daily

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas are not provided.

Minimum qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18
• Excellent interpersonal skills in English and Spanish
• Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and technology
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and handle baggage throughout shifts
• Willingness to travel internationally for training
• Availability to work any shift within a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in Mexico without sponsorship
• Valid passport and US Visa

Preferred qualifications include prior airline, travel, or hospitality experience and a bachelor’s degree.
