PPG Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Querétaro to be the first point of contact for external customers. You will input orders, coordinate with manufacturing and fulfillment centers, and ensure accurate pricing and order status while maintaining high service levels.

The role requires advanced English, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a high-volume, fast-paced, complex customer service environment.
• Advanced English required with strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience entering a high volume of order data daily with low error rate.
• Strong written and oral communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Direct communication of focus concepts including production, research, sales, marketing, purchasing and engineering.
• Responsible for the entry of orders from Global ASC Network for products and services.
• Effectively communicates with the ASC to establish overall customer status.
• Identifies the type, amount and required date of product ordered and coordinates with Materials/shipping to meet customer specific requirements.
• Coordinates resolution of non-conforming products and issues.
• Accurately quotes prices using standard pricing information and customer specific pricing agreements.
• Calculates total prices and quantities related to sales orders.
• Verifies the necessary information related to inventory, and works with manufacturing to expedite orders to meet customer demand.
• Accurately updates, maintains or completes customer information and order status.
• Ensures accuracy of all sales orders.
• Provides necessary information for the shipment of product.
• Contributes to developing plans for customer service and satisfaction with Sales & Marketing.
• Clarifies customer need of products and communicates with Quality to ensure conformance with customer requirements.
• Always comply with EHS requirements and procedures.
• Performs other tasks assigned

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first line of contact for our external customers to ensure the success of every sale. Attention to detail is critical as you'll be responsible for accurately inputting orders, sourcing to multiple manufacturing and fulfillment centers.

Main Responsibilities

• Direct communication of focus concepts including production, research, sales, marketing, purchasing and engineering.
• Responsible for the entry of orders from Global ASC Network for products and services.
• Effectively communicates with the ASC to establish overall customer status.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of previous experience in a high volume, fast paced, complex customer service environment required ( retail or call center experience is not applicable )
• Advanced english is required, with good verbal and written communication skills. (Must be able to engage confidently and fluently in complex conversations with customers, clearly explain detailed information, handle challenging situations and communicate effectively in a fast- paced professional enviroment)
• Experience entering a high volume of order data daily with low error rate essential
• Strong written and oral communication, strong customer phone skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential
• Must be able to work independently without close supervision in a team environment
• Must be able to display enthusiastic, customer-focused professionalism
