A leading company in Tijuana is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to customers. The position emphasizes resolving customer issues, entering data accurately, and improving operations through teamwork. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a high school or technical degree.

Formación

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work extended periods on telephone.
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting support preferred.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibilities are providing outstanding Customer Service by resolving customer product issues over the telephone and ensure their experience is memorable. Also, as a team member you will be supporting the team’s needs as well as participate in projects to assist in data entry for databases and process improvement of our overall daily operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Resolve customer product issues in a courteous and professional matter both outbound and inbound.
  • Enter customer information accurately in databases.
  • Must meet and comply with department and company policies, procedures, objectivesand regulations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English to communicate with external and internal customers, or other groups within the company
  • Ability to work in extended periods on the telephone helping customers, including customer follow up
  • Initiative to identify issues and areas of need and implement solutions
  • Excellent judgment in ambiguous situations and creative problem solving; capable of handling various projects
  • or tasks at the same time (multitasker)
  • Experience with MS Office tools
  • Requires a high school or technical degree
