Candidates should have a passion for customer service, high proficiency in English, and ideally experience in a call center.

Formación

• Experience in a call center preferred.
• 90% proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Shift availability required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct contact with American clients to provide solutions.
• Assist clients in resolving issues.
• Support the campaign to increase clientele through inbound calls.
