A leading electronic components manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Matehuala. This role involves maintaining customer loyalty by providing best-in-class support, handling orders, and building relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of customer service experience in manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in English. This position is full-time and offers a dynamic growth culture.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and increase customer loyalty from ordering to delivery.
• Handle order processing including adjustments and cancellations.
• Build strong relationships by informing customers on order status.
• Be the point person for internal inquiries related to order management.
• Conduct onboarding training on standard order management procedures.

The Customer Service Representative Maintains and increases customer loyalty by supporting customers from ordering through to delivery. Works with customers to overcome barriers to provide best-in-class customer support.

About the Role:

• Performs order handling process, including receipt of order, adjustments and cancellations.

• Builds strong customer relationships through proactively informing customers on order status.

• Point person for internal inquiries - order management and SAP activities.

• Conducts on-board training and assessment, refresher course on standard order management procedures.

• Location: Matehuala, San Luis Potosí

About You:

• 2-3 years of customer service in a manufacturing industry
