Formación

  • Fluente em espanhol (escrito e falado) - nível nativo exigido.
  • 1+ ano de experiência em atendimento ao cliente ou ambiente de call center.
  • Conhecimento básico de dispositivos móveis, configurações de Wi-Fi, Android/iOS.

Responsabilidades

  • Responder a mensagens, chamadas e e-mails de usuários de língua espanhola.
  • Assistir clientes com perguntas relacionadas a planos de telefonia e problemas de dados.

We are now expanding our customer care team to provide Spanish-language assistance in the telecommunications sector.Position Overview:We're looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish to provide remote support to users with issues related to telecommunications, such as mobile device settings, connectivity, and general tech support.
