Formación

  • Fluente en español (escrito y hablado) – nivel nativo requerido.
  • 1 an d'expérience en service client ou environnement de centre d'appels.
  • Connaissances de base sur les appareils mobiles et le Wi-Fi.

Responsabilidades

We are now expanding our customer care team to provide Spanish-language assistance in the telecommunications sector.Position Overview:We're looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish to provide remote support to users with issues related to telecommunications, such as mobile device settings, connectivity, and general tech support.
