Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Ciudad Juarez, North Site.

The Customer Service Representative role involves communicating with customers and handling customer inquiries.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Utilize system applications and resources to provide high-quality services for all customer needs.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency, ensuring one-call resolution.
  • Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume or demanding customers.
  • Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes, and solutions.
  • Identify situations requiring further explanation or training and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Demonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English, minimizing jargon to ensure customer comprehension.
  • Track relevant metrics and drive action based on KPIs.
  • Coordinate order board, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, sales, and export processes.
  • Validate SOX controls, prices, incoterms, payment terms, and agreements.
  • Coordinate shipments with warehouse and logistics, following shipping instructions and understanding incoterms.
  • Follow up and coordinate operational areas involved in planning production and delivery to exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitor customer demand, receive purchase orders, and coordinate with material and production control.
  • Understand business and operations processes like EDI, CTO, BTO, BTF, Bilateral, and Triangular invoicing.
  • Create CMF, MRF, and PQR documents.
  • Participate in CFT, operations, and customer meetings.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • BS degree in Business Administration, Business, Engineering, Commerce, or similar.
  • Experience in a similar role within the automotive or electrical manufacturing industry.
  • Advanced English skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong experience in customer communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and distribution processes.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Visa and valid passport are desirable.
  • Ability to research, interpret business documents, and present information effectively.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, be organized, and proactive.
