Mission:

As CUSTOMER SERVICE, you will monitor customer requests, negotiate adjustments, and ensure request completion to achieve portal scorecard goals, while promoting the values and objectives of ANTOLIN SALTILLO.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and standardize customer requests using the MPS.
  • Support the customer service team through calls, correspondence, and internet communication. Prepare and review embarkation programs, ensuring balance at unloading, loading, and preparation stages.
  • Ensure correct ASN shipping documentation and processing.
  • Coordinate with programmers and material planners to address customer requests, supervise critical follow-ups, and oversee supply and sales.
  • Generate sales reports.
  • Regularly verify shipment quantities and production schedules with the team.
  • Maintain correct usage of inventory requested by customers.
  • Review critical materials for shipping to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
What we are looking for:
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Customer Service experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Experience dealing with OEMs.
  • Knowledge of production scheduling and logistics management.
  • Ability to respond promptly to supply chain issues.
  • Understanding of assembly, injection, and pressing processes.
  • Conversational English skills.
