The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service or materials planning, is fluent in English, and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in customer service or materials planning.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Handle account relationships and customer inquiries.
• Forecast customer requirements and coordinate material shipments.
• Inform customers on order status and provide tracking information.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Reduce excess and obsolete inventory where possible.
• Process quotation requests and coordinate inventory needs.
