Una empresa líder en tecnología médica busca un Representante de Servicio al Cliente para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y mantener relaciones comercial. El rol implica gestión de pedidos, resolución de problemas y colaboración con diversos departamentos para cumplir con las expectativas del cliente.

Formación

  • Habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente en inglés (75%+).
  • Capacidad de atención al detalle.
  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente y resolución de problemas.

  • Establecer relaciones profesionales y receptivas con los clientes.
  • Actuar como intermediario entre el cliente y los miembros internos del equipo.
  • Seguimiento de las consultas de los clientes y gestión de órdenes.

Descripción del empleo

The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to provide accurate and timely communication to our customers to ensure the growth and maintenance of existing business at acceptable margins. Ensuring that the business unit is professionally and responsibly represented in the industry, and that

our organization meets the expected level of service, responsiveness, and quality objectives, both internally and for the customer.

  • Establishes professional and responsive relationships with customers to ensure total customer satisfaction and continuous business.
  • Acts as an intermediary between the customer and internal team members to ensure that all customer expectations are communicated, understood, and fulfilled throughout the organization.
  • Is a responsible and cooperative team leader with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Capable of anticipating problems and working with cross-functional resources for problem resolution.
  • Processes all requests for quotations, orders, change orders, and returns of shipped products.
  • Works with accounting as needed to help resolve credit issues.
  • Reviews customer order history and historical reports in an effort to observe customer order patterns and provide early warning to buyers when new orders are needed.
  • Follows up on customer inquiries by tracking the progress of orders.
  • Expedites orders through manufacturing to ensure timely shipment.
  • Creates and sends reports to senior management as needed.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitors.

  • University degree (LAE, Ingeniería, Negocios Internacionales o relacionado).
  • Spoken and written English 75%+
  • MS Office suite proficiency
