A leading logistics company in Tijuana is seeking a Customer Service Agent. This role focuses on assisting customers, entering orders, and confirming shipping details. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess strong communication and computer skills. The position offers a competitive weekly salary and bonuses for punctuality and assistance. It's a temporary position spanning five months.

Formación

  • Customer service experience required, Call Center acceptable.
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics or related industry preferred.
  • MacOS user level is a plus.

Descripción del empleo

The function of the Customer Service Agent is to be a link between the customer and our Company, ensuring the customer's value and providing a greater experience. Focus is always assured while working with our sales and shipping teams to ensure time and efficiency in our clients' delivery process.

This is not a Call Center, nor a sales role, it's a Distribution Center with service offices in Zona Rio in Tijuana.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers through phone calls and e-mails.
  • Enter customer orders (solve/get answers to ambiguities) in ERP / CRM software.
  • Confirm order shipping date, location, time for delivery, and other inquiries regarding his order.
  • Write proforma invoices.
  • Communicate discrepancies with customer orders (credit, MOQ, price, locations, number of products).

Minimum qualifications

  • High school degree / Preparatoria is a must.
  • Experience in customer service (Call Center Acceptable).
  • Fluent in English is a requirement for this position (spoken/written).
  • Good communication skills are needed for this position (no slang).
  • Computer skills.
  • Valid INE.
  • Have no issues with the bank HSBC.
  • No transportation issues.

Great qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, unfinished ok.
  • Experience in customer service ( In manufacturing, logistics or related Industry).
  • MacOS user level.
  • Have your own car / bike - Free Parking in site.

Schedule

From 7 am to 5 pm - Monday to Friday
