Responsabilidades

Your Role:

  • Resolve inquiries and questions from fintech users.
  • Validate user information regarding payments, expenses, and other transactions.
  • Provide direct customer service in accordance with requests: inquiries, requirements, among others.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by showcasing soft skills and advanced English proficiency.
  • Guarantee the monthly achievement of the indicators or objectives assigned by the campaign.
Requisitos
Who are you:
  • Advanced English level.
  • Reside in Lima.
  • Empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
  • Skills to solve situations in the most positive way.
  • Available to work at Los Inkas site.

Benefits:

  • Renewable 6-month contract.
  • Paid training from day one.
  • Salary S/. 2000 + Performance Bonus up to 15% + Meal Card S/.260.
  • Shifts from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
  • Work 48 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with 1 day off.
