We’re looking for a Customer Satisfaction Assistant to join our Cooper Lighting Solutions México Customer Service team in Monterrey (Lazaro Cardenas).

As a CS representative, you’ll be responsible for servicing some of our main distributors as well as one of our main national accounts.

What you’ll do

• Provide Customer Service support by phone and e-mail.
• Order processing.
• Management and follow up with plants and DCs for production, importation, and availability of our customers' orders.
• Overall Customer Satisfaction.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree earned (or nearing completion).
• Great communicative skills.
• Passion for serving.
• Problem-solving oriented.
• Critical thinking.
• Advanced or Fluent in English (written/verbal).
