Descripción de la vacante

BMW Group busca un CRM Scholar en su sede de México. Este rol incluye análisis de datos de los clientes y gestión de indicadores clave para mejorar la experiencia del cliente. Se requiere un estudiante universitario activo que sea proactivo y tenga habilidades sólidas en comunicación y manejo de MS Office.

Formación

  • Ser estudiante activo de 4to o 5to semestre.
  • Tener buenas calificaciones (preferiblemente hasta 8.5).
  • Disponibilidad de agosto a diciembre de 2025 de lunes a viernes.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar análisis semanales de los indicadores VoC y CRM.
  • Desarrollar y presentar informes internos semanales sobre indicadores CRM y VoC.
  • Gestionar órdenes de compra de proveedores.

As CRM Scholar you will play a crucial part in analyzing customer insights and managing key operational processes. You will be responsible for monitoring Voice of Customer (VoC) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) indicators, developing insightful reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance our service delivery. What awaits you?

  • Conduct weekly analysis of Voice of Customer (VoC) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) indicators.
  • Develop and present a weekly internal report on CRM and VoC indicators.
  • Manage purchase orders from suppliers, ensuring effective budget control.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with distributors and importers to foster collaboration and information exchange.
  • Define, implement, and communicate the follow-up plan for operational indicators of CRM and VoC, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

What should you bring along?

  • Be an active University student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
  • Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
  • Availability from August to December 2025, preferably between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs., from Monday to Friday.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Proactive, responsible and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
