The role involves managing new product launches, applying quality tools, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical communication skills and possess relevant engineering qualifications.

Formación

• Minimum 3-5 years in quality engineering roles in the automotive sector.
• Experience with APQP and PPAP processes.
• Fluency in English required.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Minimum: 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering roles within the automotive industry, with specific experience working with Ford.
• Demonstrable experience in managing new product launches for the automotive industry, including the application of APQP and the presentation of PPAP in phases to Ford.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management (preferably Ford), including technical communication, problem solving, and expectation management.
• Practical experience in applying AIAG quality tools in relevant manufacturing processes.
• Experience in using Ford's SIM and GSDB systems.

Your Skills & Strenghts:

• Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical Engineering
• Fluent written communication in English is required at an advanced level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry).3
• Knowledge of materials, metallurgy, automotive engineering, or related areas.
• Certifications in automotive quality standards or laboratory management (FORD Q1, iATF 16949, VDA, CQIs)
