CRAFT, Tecate-based manufacturer serving US customers in the refrigeration market, seeks a Customer Project Coordinator who thrives at turning commitments into execution. You will link Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance to move projects from quote to shipment.

With 3–5 years in project coordination or related fields, you will own schedules, milestones, risks and action items, coordinating with engineering, sourcing and production.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing, engineering coordination, customer operations or a related field.
• Manufacturing experience and professional English/Spanish are required.
• Experience with OEM manufacturing, new-product introductions, production planning, BOMs, engineering changes, Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Turn customer commitments into execution.
• Be the connective tissue between Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance.
• When a new customer project opportunity comes in, help drive it, connecting with engineering, sourcing, material readiness, customer approvals, validation, production and shipment.
• Make sure everyone knows what needs to happen, who owns it and when it needs to happen.
• If something starts slipping, you help create action.
