MKS Instruments in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking a Customer Program Coordinator to partner with Key Account, Customer Service and Planning teams to support critical customer programs. You will report to the Demand Planning Manager and contribute to on-time delivery and service excellence.

You will organize logistics in a manufacturing environment, manage inventory, parts availability, import/export licensing, and shipment coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years related experience.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Experience with Excel, Outlook and Word.
• ERP experience (Oracle/SAP).

Responsabilidades

• Organizes and handles a variety of logistics issues in a manufacturing environment.
• Duties involve supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing.
• Evaluates customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Serves as liaison between sales and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with external and internal customers.
• Foster a respectful and positive environment for both colleagues and customers.
• Use Excel and other tools to develop customer deliveries based on their needs and MKS's abilities.
