Demand Generation team in
Querétaro. This is a

Job Description
As a
Customer Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with our customers by:
- Creating and optimizing marketing campaigns to improve customer retention and growth.
- Managing our referral program, ensuring engagement, visibility, and timely reward fulfillment.
- Coordinating in-person events and executive dinners with MedTrainer leadership, including communications before and after.
- Working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Content, and Product Marketing teams to align goals and messaging.
- Supporting the planning and launch of our first virtual user conference in 2025, as well as additional online summits and roundtables.
- Overseeing customer review campaigns (G2, Capterra), maintaining our strong online presence and top rankings.
- Leading customer outreach and storytelling efforts through webinars, testimonials, and case studies.
- Executing personalized initiatives like sending branded swag and curated communications to nurture loyalty.
- Using survey data and customer feedback to drive relevant content and updates tailored to our audience.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably with a U.S.-based company.
- Based in Querétaro, Mexico, with availability to work on-site.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing tools.
- Self-starter with a proactive, analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new platforms.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Background in event planning (virtual and in-person).
- Experience using ClickUp or other project management tools.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ChurnZero, and Salesforce.
