About the job

  • Training & Development: Deliver and facilitate comprehensive training programs virtual, in class, in store that enhance the skills and knowledge of the Crystal Experts for (SR, IR, MUB, MOB business).
  • E- Learning Platform: Manage report and follow up of the assigned courses from Global to Crystal Experts.
  • Evaluation & Measurement: Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training and the performance of Crystal Experts.
  • Accountability: Foster a culture of accountability by setting clear expectations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Teamwork: Promote a collaborative environment, encouraging teamwork and shared success.
  • Organization: Ensure all training materials from Global CX Academy and sessions are meticulously organized for maximum impact. Update regular training calendars according to business needs.
  • Engagement: Actively engage with CEs, inspiring and motivating them to achieve excellence.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of detail orientation in all aspects of training and evaluation.
  • Role Model: Demonstrate tireless spirit, desire to add value, and commitment to continuous improvement.


About you
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in customer experience training or a related field
  • Analytical and evaluation skills
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fashion Stylist abilities
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
