Descripción del empleo

We are looking for a highly motivated person who will provide scalable services to customers including but not limited to onboarding, answering customer requests, and promoting customers to become references.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  1. Guide Infor customers to maximize their software investment in a group setting.
  2. Provide attentive support to customers, minimizing disruptions and maximizing software use for better business outcomes.
  3. Present live and recorded webinars to enhance customer experience.
  4. Identify risks to customer goals and develop plans to address them.
  5. Cultivate customer advocates who can serve as references.
  6. Support the customer lifecycle with onboarding, adoption workshops, proactive outreach, and regular health reports. Update on customer progress and perform benchmarking as needed.
  7. Continuously improve materials and delivery methods, including creating media for customers.
Basic Qualifications:
  1. Experience working with ERP, Cloud, or SaaS companies and software.
  2. Experience in a customer support or management role.
  3. Full proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience managing multiple client or customer relationships.
