A global tech company is hiring a Customer Engagement and Operations Manager for their Global Ads Marketing team in Mexico City. The role requires experience in digital marketing and project management, along with proficiency in SQL and Google Ads. You will own marketing campaigns, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive operational efficiency across various projects. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in a similar role.

About the job

The Advertiser Engagement and Operations team is at the center of architecting how marketers connect with and enable success for Google Ads customers, delivering meaningful customer interactions at scale, with continually optimized messaging infrastructure, intelligence, and operations.

In this role you will get an opportunity to push the boundary of how marketers engage with customers at scale, identifying opportunities to unlock new channels, driving operational efficiency, and amplifying impact for customers, leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) tools and solutions. You will be responsible for liaising with various marketing teams to build marketing campaigns and advocacy programs for the success of our advertisers. You will build cross functional partnerships with marketing, vendor partners, infrastructure, and analytics teams to enable campaign execution and optimize existing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Own the operations (e.g., campaign planning, delivery, measurement) for business programs for Google Ads advertisers.
  • Identify opportunities and integrate GenAI capabilities to drive operational efficiency and optimize campaigns.
  • Partner with infrastructure teams to unlock and land new channels to connect with customers.
  • Work with marketing and analytics teams to establish best practices for campaign execution and optimize existing processes.
  • Manage campaign development workflows and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
