• English proficiency at least C1 level.

Job ID: 40304 | Location: Puebla, Puebla, Mexico

Provide outstanding customer service to meet client requirements by supplying purchase orders, analyzing information, and contributing to sales objectives focused on the NORAM Region.

Responsibilities

1. Create profiles for new clients in BU FM and maintain SAP master data (SD module).
2. Create and update shipping instructions for new clients.
3. Receive, register in SAP, and confirm purchase orders from clients in the US10, CA10, and MX10 systems.
4. Ensure SAP sales orders contain necessary instructions for dispatch.
5. Manage export document procedures.
6. Update intercompany prices quarterly.
7. Validate sales forecasts with the Noram Sales Manager and Inside Sales Coordinator.
8. Analyze forecasts, firm orders, consumption, and lead times for railcars and trucks.
9. Coordinate with planning for product availability dates and reorder points.
10. Manage product availability to address deviations from the frozen zone.
11. Request credit releases from GBS to unblock sales orders.
12. Maintain optimal inventory levels in distribution centers.
13. Coordinate logistics for domestic and export distribution via trucks and railcars.
14. Follow up on transportation to ensure timely delivery.
15. Track intercompany materials from Europe to supply US and Canada customers.

Requirements

1. Degree in international business or logistics.
2. At least 3 years experience in Foreign Trade, Customer Service, Incoterms, and Payment Methods.
3. Knowledge of international trade agreements and export procedures.
4. English proficiency at least C1 level.
5. Experience with SAP and Office, especially Excel analytics.
6. Customer focus, strategic thinking, continuous improvement orientation, and decision-making skills.
